Having issues with payment? Please check the following first.
1. If payment or renewal failed due to an issue with the payment method
- Please check the payment method registered in each store and update it to an available payment method.
- To ensure automatic renewal after the end of the current Mnet Plus Premium period, the payment method must be updated within 7 days (168 hours).
2. If renewal did not occur even though a valid payment method is registered
- Store-based subscriptions follow each store’s policy, and payments may be processed from 1 day before to up to 3 days after the billing date.
- If payment was not processed successfully, please contact customer service with the following information:
1) Premium subscription account (email format)
2) Store receipt: must include payment date/time and receipt number (GPA. or numeric value)
