Payment completed, but the MplePoints haven't appeared?
It can take up to 24 hours for the recharge to be reflected in the system after payment.
If you haven't received your points after 24 hours, contact Help Center with the following information:

1. Mnet Plus ID (email displayed in MY > Your Account)
2. Screenshot of your payment receipt
3. Screenshot of Mnet Plus > My > Payment history > General Payment History (must include order number)
📌Keep in Mind
1. Bank transfer or basic payment records are insufficient for verification. Please provide a receipt clearly showing transaction details.
2. A receipt will be sent to the email registered under your Mnet Plus ID.
