Did you use the Google Play Store for your payment?
Cancellation methods differ depending on how much time has passed since the payment.
1. Within 48 hours of payment
Request cancellation directly through Google Play Store.
Google Play Store - profile icon (top-right) - Help & feedback - Request a Google Play refund - select the order and apply.
2. Between 48 hours and 7 days after payment
Submit a request via Mnet Plus Help Center (“Submit a request”).
Include a screenshot of your receipt showing the order number beginning with "GPA" and your Mnet Plus ID.
📌Keep in Mind
1. Payment cancellations are only available if recharged MplePoints haven’t been used.
2. Payments cannot be canceled after 7 days, regardless of usage status.
3. Processing cancellations typically takes 3-7 business days.
4. MplePoint recharge and cancellations adhere to Google Play Store policies.

5. If fraudulent activities (like improper payment cancellations), repeated abuse, or violations of the Terms of Use occur, your MplePoints may be revoked, and your access to the service may be restricted.
