Limitations of Liabilities and Legal Notices 

With respect to the use of services provided by CJ ENM CO., Ltd. (the “Company”, and such services, the “Services”), the Company makes no warranties on the accuracy or credibility of any information that are contained in, distributed through, or obtained from the Services (including data posted by the Members, hereinafter referred to as "Data") and takes no responsibility for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or morality of Data.  

Some of the Services or Data may be offensive or damaging, depending on the personal judgment of the Member. The Services or Data may direct the Member to a website containing information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate.

The Company takes no responsibility for any contents of the Services or Data that are illegal or against good customs or other social orders and makes no warranties on the value, use, advertising or compliance with any relevant laws or regulations for any goods or services acquired as a result of the information and related advertisements, other information or offers in the Services or Data. 

The Member acknowledges that reliability of the Services or Data is the sole responsibility of the Member. Although the Company is not obligated to modify the contents of the Services or Data, the Company may, if necessary, restrict the use of the Services by, or terminate, without prior notice, the Service Terms of Use with, a Member who violates the rights or obligations of others. In addition, the Company may take measures such as deleting posts of a Member when the Data posted by the Member is confirmed to violate the copyright, etc. of others. 

The Company takes no responsibility for compliance with the laws and regulations in relation to the Data posted by the Members, and  the Members shall be solely responsible for such matters. In no event shall the Company be responsible for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or derivative, in relation to Services, products, or other Data.

The Company may change the contents of this notice if deemed necessary, and any changes shall be posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to the Members. If the Member does not agree to the changes set forth in the notice, the Member may suspend use of the Services.
