Refunds and withdrawal of subscription follow each store’s policy.
1. Google Play(Android) refund request method
- Google Play Store → top right profile icon → Help Center → [Report a problem on Google Play] → [Request subscription refund]
2. App Store (iOS) refund request method
- App Store → top right profile icon → Purchase history → select the transaction to cancel → Report a problem → [Request a refund] → select reason and submit

- If refunded, all benefits provided through the subscription, including Mple Points, will be forfeited.
- For refund eligibility and progress, please contact each store’s customer service.
- Refunds may be denied depending on store policy, and specific reasons cannot be provided. Please contact the relevant store customer service.
- Account deletion does not automatically cancel or refund subscription services. Please cancel the subscription directly in store settings before proceeding with account deletion.
