Premium subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
Even after cancellation, Premium benefits remain available until the end of the subscription period, and no charges will be made thereafter.
[How to cancel subscription]
- MY > My Premium
- Select the gear icon (Settings) at the top right
- Select “Cancel Premium” at the bottom of the Premium management page
- Selecting [Cancel Premium] will redirect you to the respective store management page.
- Please make sure to complete [Cancel Subscription] on the redirected page.
⚠️Subscription Cancellation Notes
- Subscription cancellation follows each store’s policy.
- After selecting [Cancel Premium], you must complete [Cancel Subscription] on the store management page. If you leave or stop during the process, cancellation will not be completed.
- Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the billing date. If requested within 24 hours of the billing date, the next payment may still be processed.
- To cancel a subscription cancellation request, you may select [Continue Benefits] in [My Premium] within the app.
