Payment completed, but the MplePoints haven't appeared?
It can take up to 24 hours for the recharge to be reflected in the system after payment.
If you haven't received your points after 24 hours, contact Help Center with the following information:
[Required Information for Recharge Verification]
1. Mnet Plus ID (email displayed in MY > Your Account)
2. A screenshot of your payment receipt (must include transaction, document number, etc.)
3. A screenshot of your Mplepoint history (Mnet Plus > MplePoint > History)
📌Keep in Mind
1. Bank transfer or basic payment records are insufficient for verification. Please provide a receipt clearly showing transaction details.
2. You can find your receipt through the app market used for the recharge.
