Did you use the App Store for your payment?
Due to App Store policies, cancellation requests must be made directly through the App Store.
How to request a cancellation:
Open the App Store - tap your profile icon (top-right) - Purchase History - select the purchase you want to cancel - Report a Problem - choose "Request a refund" - select a reason and submit your request
📌Keep in Mind
1. Payment cancellations are only available if recharged MplePoints haven’t been used.
2. Payments cannot be canceled after 7 days, regardless of usage status.
3. Processing your cancellation request may take some time after submission, and requests might not be approved based on App Store policies.
4. MplePoint recharge and cancellations adhere to App Store policies.

5. If fraudulent activities (like improper payment cancellations), repeated abuse, or violations of the Terms of Use occur, your MplePoints may be revoked, and your access to the service may be restricted.
