1. A payment instruction email will be sent, and the payment number can also be checked via "Mnet Plus App > MY > Payment History.
2. Payment must be completed within 2 days of the order. If not completed within the deadline, the order will be canceled.
3. Due to the nature of convenience store payments, it may take several days after payment for the service to be applied. If you are unable to use the benefits due to this delay, the responsibility lies with the user. Please complete your order and payment before the early sales period.
4. Convenience store payment is only available for residents of Japan.
5. If you encounter issues during payment, please contact the payment provider’s customer center (Eximbay).
