Supported browsers : Latest Safari or Edge (Chrome is not supported)
* Connecting your PC or tablet to an external device like a monitor via HDMI or a connection hub may cause viewing issues depending on the specifications.
* If you are using a tablet, make sure you are using the latest versions of both the Mnet Plus app and your tablet's OS.
[Preparation Checklist]
1. One account can stream on up to two devices at the same time.
2. Prepare a stable network environment.
1) Maintain an internet speed of 20Mbps or higher.
2) Even if your speed meets the requirement, using public Wi-Fi or shared networks may impact streaming quality.
3) If your internet speed is below 20Mbps, or you’re on a public network, please set the video quality to "Auto" or "Low".
3. Video or audio transmission may be affected by international network conditions or other external factors.
4. Streaming on 3G/LTE/5G may increase data consumption. We recommend using Wi-Fi for a stable connection.
5. [iOS/Mac] Video quality is automatically selected based on your network environment and cannot be adjusted manually.
6. Viewing via Chromecast or AirPlay may result in unstable playback.
