Account deletion: How to delete your account

When your account is deleted, your account details and the data associated with your ID will be deleted permanently from the service. You cannot sign in to your account, and you would not be able to access any data, content, or services that were associated with the ID.

For the account deletion, you can process the steps below.

1. You need to log in first.
2. After logging in, go to the service main page.
3. On the service main page, click the 'User profile icon' on the top right.
4. Click the [>] icon on the right side of the user nickname.
5. On the linked Account page, go to the 'Security' item.
6. Click the [>] icon on the right side of the 'Delete Account' button.
7. Read the 'Deactivate Account' instructions, and click the ‘OK’ button.
8. Tick the check box for the service agreement and click the 'OK' button.
9. Click the 'Delete' button.
10. Enter the password of the account and click the 'Delete' button. The account will be finally deleted.

After the account has been deleted, it is not possible to recover all the data connected to the account.
